Message from Mayor and Council

It is our pleasure to welcome you to our website. We trust that you will like what you see here and that it will encourage to you to accept our invitation to come and visit with us! We are located beside the Mighty Fraser River and the Coquihalla River at the base of the Coastal Mountain Range to the northwest and the Cascade Mountain Range to the east. We are the hub of four main highways so to get anywhere else, you need to come through Hope! We would love it if you would come, stop and stay awhile, the "welcome" mat is always out!

On behalf of the District of Hope and our warm and friendly staff I extend the invitation to you to come and see for yourself all of the things that Hope has to offer!
